San Siro Stadium- Soccer Stadium
This was a unique experience for us. After leaving our hotel, the Michelangelo Hotel, we took the metro down to the Stadium. The San Siro Stadium is directly relates to the sport culture of Italy, and specifically, Milan. We came from the central train station (which was only 7 miles away). It was easy to see the entrance for the stadium. Around the arena, there wasn't much to do. We had scheduled for a stadium tour which lasted 30-40 minutes. The tour costed 13 euros, or $16.02. This cost included the museum and the tour. We walked in, and since there wasn't a game at the moment we were able to see the stadium at peace. Walking around the stadium, we could see how clean and green it was! The people of Milan love to see games here and show their city pride! The arena is huge and has multi-level seating arrangements. At the museum we were able to see many things relating to the history of the museum. The relics in the museum helped reconstruct the history between Milan and the sport. This destination was a great place to see, and spend a day at! It was probably Caroline's favorite because she loves to play soccer!
